Google Apps Mobile (POP/IMAP) Password Management
If you have a mobile device such as a Blackberry or iPhone and would like to access your Google Apps at Fresno State email, calendar, and contacts, or if you have an email program such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, or other computer email application you'd like to use, you must set a separate password to use with those devices and programs. ...read more.
To set your Google Apps mobile password, enter your Fresno State account Username and Password (the same password you use to login to My Fresno State, Blackboard, or your Google Apps at Fresno State account through the web), then enter a different password in the box next to Choose a Google Apps Mobile Password. This password CANNOT be the same as your Fresno State account password. The Google Apps mobile password is ONLY for your mobile device or computer email program and does not change the password to login to Google Apps from your web browser.
